Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase you may return any unused merchandise, for
Exchange, Upgrade or for a prompt refund.
You need to know the following:
- You have up
to 14 days from the package receipt date to initiate your
return or Exchange.
- All costs
related to return shipping must be prepaid by the customer.
and we do recommend you to use FedEx or UPS with full
insurance coverage and tracking number to avoid loss or
damages.
- Please allow
14 days for us to process your return or exchange after we
have received your items. When we receive
your package, we will inspect the packages and make sure
they are in original condition without damages and
scratches.
- Items
returned without original packaging, missing parts will
subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- To qualify
for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original
condition. Do not mark or deface the merchandise in any
manner. If so occurred, we will not accept returns or
20% restocking fee.
- Shipping
and Handling costs are not refundable
(Free Shipping Promotion Offers will be deducted
at the actual shipping cost)

To initiate a return simply click "contact us" from our
website and let us know the reason you want to have the return
or Exchange.
We will try to help you to solve the problem and/or Issue
you the RA number and provide the return address.
put a piece of paper with your original invoice and RA
number inside of the return package (or a payment check if you
want return for upgrade).
